    FERNZ needed a research-backed way to understand the health and wellbeing inequities affecting rainbow communities in Aotearoa New Zealand. The organization needed a concise, credible resource it could use to support advocacy, stakeholder conversations, and future recommendation-setting.

    the approach

    As part of a 9-week Ignite Consultants engagement in Wellington, Taylor co-developed an environmental scan spanning education, healthcare, intersectionality, workplace, and disability. The work combined policy analysis, source synthesis, visual storytelling, and recommendation development into a polished 36-page info pack FERNZ could use with external stakeholders.
